TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The items are sold on an “As Is, Where Is” basis.
2. The Board reserves the right not to accept payment for any item selected, without assigning a reason.
3. Payment of at least 50% must be made in cash or cheque upon the selction on an item(s) and final payment must be paid within three (3) working days of auction.
4. Failure to pay within the stipulated time period will result in the item(s) being auctioned to another interested buyer.
5. Possession of item(s) will be given to the purchaser upon receipt of the final payment and item(s) must be removed within 24 hours of final transaction.
