The following are now the requirements for miners applying for Tax Exemption on ATVS:

1. The Miner MUST be Tax Compliant.
2. Copy of TIN Certificate.
3. Original Quotation of Invoice from the Supplier.
4. Proof of Mining
   • Copy of Dredge Licence
   • Copy of Mining Properties or Permission to Work.
5. Letter from GGMC’s Land Management Division authenticating the Miner
6. Guyana Gold Board’s Declaration Letter.
