The Guyana Gold Board (GGB) is pleased to announce the commencement of its operations in
Puruni, Region Seven, in collaboration with the Guyana Geology and Mines Commission
(GGMC).

The establishment of GGB’s permanent presence in Puruni represents a significant step in
fulfilling the mandate of the Ministry of Natural Resources to expand services to hinterland
regions. This initiative will improve access to essential services and strengthen support to
miners and stakeholders in the area.

 Monday to Friday: 08:00 hrs. – 16:30 hrs.
